You can't have 2 weaps on the same stage, however if you're planning to do several relics, it's best to keep as many stage active as possible. Some stages are job agnostic and you can double down on drops from fates/dungeons etc. ARR relics may be a bitch for that, i don't remember well, but HW and ShB should defo be done at the same time.
